About Mugi TCG

Returns & refunds

Every box and case we sell is shipped factory-sealed. Sealed trading card products can't be resold once they've left our hands, so all sales are final once an order has shipped, except in the cases below.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the outer box, the products and the shipping label. An unboxing video helps a lot. Keep all packaging until we've sorted it out. We'll replace the item or refund it in full, shipping included.

Lost parcels

Every order ships tracked with FedEx, DHL or EMS. If the carrier confirms your parcel is lost, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Pre-orders

If a release is cancelled or our allocation is reduced, we refund the affected items in full. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund up to 14 days before the release date. After that, pre-orders are final. Release dates are set by the publisher and can move. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Opened products

We can't accept returns of opened or unsealed products, or refund based on the cards pulled from a pack.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back by the method you paid with, within 7 business days of approval. Crypto refunds are sent in the same coin, for the USD value of your order.

Customs and taxes

All orders ship DDP: duties and taxes are already paid. If a carrier asks you for any charge on delivery, contact us before paying.

Do you sell Japanese and English booster boxes?

Yes. One Piece and Pokémon sets are available as Japanese or English booster boxes, and as sealed cases.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is $400, before shipping. Mix and match anything in the shop to reach it: booster boxes, cases, starter decks, collections and singles all count. Wholesale Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes have their own minimum of 10 boxes per order.

Do you sell singles?

Yes. Individual One Piece and Pokémon cards are listed in the Singles section with their condition, language and stock.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Pokémon Elite Trainer Boxes are sold at wholesale prices, below market value, in the Wholesale section with a minimum of 10 boxes per order (mix and match). For cases and larger volumes, shops and resellers can send an enquiry and we'll reply with a private quote on WhatsApp.

Are taxes and shipping included?

Import duties and taxes are included: we ship worldwide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Shipping is a flat fee per order, added at checkout: FedEx $70, DHL $55 or EMS $42.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 business days once your order ships.

What happens after I order?

You get an order number and a confirmation email straight away. We then confirm stock and payment by hand, usually the same or next day (Japan time). In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and pre-orders ship as soon as they release. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days, and you get the tracking number by email and under My orders.

What if the carrier asks me to pay customs?

You shouldn't have to: every order ships DDP, so duties and import taxes are paid in advance. If a carrier ever asks you for a customs or import payment, contact us before paying anything, with your order number and the carrier's message, and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

How can I pay?

Revolut or Wise bank transfer, or crypto: USDT, Bitcoin, Solana and Ethereum.
